Date and Walnut Loaf

preparing date and walnut cake

Ingredients

125grams Self rising flour

30 grams Caster Sugar

90 grams Pure Margarine

90 grams Dates chopped

30 grams Walnuts chopped

5-6 tbsp. milk

1 pinch salt

 

Method:

Mix all the ingredients well together

Bake in medium oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 35- 40 minutes

Sprinkle powdered sugar after the cake has cooled down (optional)
